- Banners: 728×90 and 300×250 PNG or JPG, plus the click-through URL. We can design them for a flat fee if your campaign has none.
- Feed posts: 1080×1080 image or 1080×1350 portrait, caption text, and your campaign’s disclaimer wording.
- Profile article: 400–600 words supplied by the campaign, one headshot, one campaign photo. Published as supplied and labeled paid.
- Turnaround: live within 2 business days of payment and approved artwork. Last order date for Election Day placement: Friday, October 30, 2026.
Political advertising policy
- Paid political placements are available to every qualified candidate and registered political committee on the same terms and at the same published rates.
- Buying advertising is not an endorsement. Pompano Beach Insider does not endorse candidates, and paid placement has no bearing on news coverage, the Election Guide, or event listings.
- Every paid placement is labeled “Paid Political Advertisement.” Candidate ads must carry the disclaimer required by Florida Statute 106.143 (“Political advertisement paid for and approved by [name], [party], for [office]”); the campaign supplies the wording and is responsible for its accuracy. Committee ads must carry the committee’s required disclaimer. Federal candidates must supply their FEC disclaimer.
- Payment is due in full before publication. Placements are non-refundable once live and end on November 3, 2026 unless a different end date is agreed in writing.
- We decline artwork that is defamatory, that misstates voting dates or procedures, or that imitates the Insider’s editorial voice. Rejected artwork can be resubmitted.
- Reporting: banner impressions and clicks from our site analytics, and post reach and engagement screenshots from Instagram and Facebook, sent within 5 days after Election Day.
