A new diner is opening in Pompano Beach. GRUB – A Finer Diner opens Tuesday, October 7 at 14 N. Federal Highway, serving breakfast, brunch and dinner seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., with breakfast available all day.
The menu takes diner classics and gives them a Southern and globally inspired spin. Headliners include a Brown Butter Cast Iron Pancake, French toast made on house-baked Japanese cinnamon milk bread, chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and in-house smoked meats. There’s also a coffee and tea bar and signature milkshakes. The kitchen is led by Chef Kinsler Josaime, a Miami native.
