For the past decade, A1A Private Shuttle Service has transported groups across Broward County and South Florida. Founded in 2016 by Kenny Portz, the Fort Lauderdale-based transportation company is celebrating its 10th anniversary after growing from a single vehicle to a fleet that includes high-end vans, buses, limousines, and other luxury vehicles.
I’m very proud of what we’ve accomplished. says Kenny, I started A1A with one simple goal: to elevate group transportation in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area by providing 360° communication, top-rated service, and high-end vehicles.
Today, A1A specializes in private transportation for groups of six or more. The company serves customers throughout Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and South Florida.
Transportation for Airports, Cruise Ports and More
Group airport and cruise port transportation is one of A1A’s most requested services. The company provides private group transportation for travelers arriving at or departing from airports and cruise ports throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades.
Cruise transfers are another major part of the company’s business. With Port Everglades located in Fort Lauderdale and other cruise ports within driving distance, A1A provides private transportation for families and groups traveling between airports, hotels, and cruise terminals.
Instead of splitting a large group between multiple rideshare vehicles, private group transportation allows everyone to travel together with their luggage while coordinating one pickup and drop-off plan.
From Weddings to Business Events
A1A’s services extend well beyond airport and cruise transportation. Over the past decade, the company has provided transportation for weddings, corporate events, conventions, sporting events, concerts and other special occasions.
For weddings, transportation can include moving guests between hotels, venues and reception locations. For business groups and conventions, A1A can coordinate transportation for larger groups and multiple pickup and drop-off locations.
The company also provides transportation for sporting events and concerts, giving groups a way to travel together without having to deal with multiple vehicles, parking and designated drivers.
Night and Day Trips Throughout South Florida with A1A Private Shuttle Service
A1A also offers private transportation for customized day and night trips. Groups can arrange transportation for dinners, entertainment, shopping, special outings and events throughout South Florida.
The flexibility of private group transportation allows customers to plan transportation around their itinerary rather than relying on a fixed public route or shared ride.
Whether the trip involves an evening out in Fort Lauderdale, a day trip to another part of South Florida or transportation to a major event, A1A works with customers to coordinate the details in advance.
A Decade Built on Customer Service
According to A1A, the company’s growth over the past 10 years has been driven largely by repeat customers and referrals.
The company currently maintains a 4.9-star rating across Google and TripAdvisor, with more than 100 Google reviews and additional reviews on TripAdvisor and other platforms.
Customer reviews frequently mention punctuality, communication, clean vehicles and professional service. Recent reviews also highlight the company’s assistance with complex group itineraries involving airports, hotels and cruise ports.
